Florida Center for Instructional Technology  
The Florida Center for Instructional Technology (FCIT) is located in the College of Education, University of South Florida, at Tampa, Florida. Florida Charter School Resource Center  
School Resource Center (FCSRC) at the University of South Florida has been a key provider of technical assistance to Florida charter schools. Housed under the Institute for At-Risk Infants, Children, Youth & Their Families, FCSRC provides targeted technical assistance to Exceptional Student Education students in charter schools, as well as at-risk student populations. Florida Prepaid College Board  
The Florida Prepaid College Board manages both the Florida Prepaid College Plan and the Florida College Investment Plan. Both are 529 plans authorized by Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Florida Prepaid College Plan was first introduced 15 years ago and today is the single largest 529 plan in the country. More than 736,000 Florida Prepaid plans have been purchased statewide, and enrollment is growing. The Florida Prepaid College Plan is one of only a few 529 plans in the country with students who are in college and using the plan. http://www.florida529plans.com/

The Office of Student Financial Assistance, State Programs administers a variety of state-funded and some federally-funded grants and scholarships to assist Florida students with the cost of postsecondary education.
